Welcome to Digital Coma!

Welcome to Digital Coma!

It all started with rejection. Nearly 20 years ago, I (Andy Malex) sent my experimental music to labels — and got turned down. So I created my own label with two friends, Stero and Kobist. That moment sparked the beginning of something bigger.

From the start, Digital Coma Network was a digital label for independent artists — focused on creativity, freedom, and the future. We chose a digital approach not just for convenience, but to reduce waste. No plastic, no shipping — just pure art from creator to listener.

We made distribution easier, kept prices fair, offered freebies, and fought piracy through accessibility — not restrictions. Our mission was simple: support underground talent and help artists get heard.

We were born early enough to remember tapes, CDs, and vinyl — and just in time to ride the digital wave. In our veins runs strange blood — eclectic, nostalgic, and forward-thinking. We grew up with old-school sounds and 2000s electronic culture.

Now we’re ready to bring music back to shelves. While digital is still our core, we’re open to physical formats: cassettes, CDs, vinyl — not for nostalgia, but to honor the timeless feel of music you can hold.

Alongside our own releases, we offer artist services: consulting, release strategy, publishing, distribution — helping musicians stay focused on the music.

Today, Digital Coma is more than a label — it’s a platform and a community. What started as a reaction to rejection became a space for connection and creation.

Welcome to Digital Coma. Built by artists, for artists.
