Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Who we are

The website digitalcomanetwork.com, its shop and the tools published on it (for example COFFEE MASTER, BREAKPOT and other COMATOOLS) are operated by Konektus Ltd (Konektus OÜ), registry code 17429196, Niidi/2, Lassi Village, Saaremaa Parish, 93214, Estonia, VAT number EE102951510 ("Digital Coma Network", "we", "us"). Contact: info@digitalcomanetwork.com

2. Scope

These Terms apply to every visit to the website and every use or purchase of our music releases and tools. By using the website or buying a product you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. What we sell
  • Music releases: digital downloads of our artists' tracks and releases.
  • Tools: used through your web browser. Some are free; others offer a paid result, such as a mastered file for €5. Before you pay you can listen to a free preview of your result.

The price, what you receive and any limits are shown before you pay.

4. Your files in our tools

Audio you upload to a tool is processed on our servers to create your result.

  • Your uploaded file is deleted as soon as your result has been made. If you do not buy, it is deleted about 24 hours after upload, and at the latest within 2 days. Previews are deleted within one day.
  • Your result is kept for 30 days after it is made, for your download period, and then deleted. Because your upload is no longer kept, a result cannot be made again later, so please save a copy.
5. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and we send you the e-mail with your downloads link.

6. Delivery and downloads
  • After payment we e-mail you a link to your downloads page. Keep that e-mail. If you lose it, you can get a new link on our lost link page.
  • Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times.
  • Music releases can be downloaded for 365 days after payment, and results made by our tools for 30 days. The date is shown in your order e-mail and on your downloads page.
7. Digital content and right of withdrawal

Our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun; we confirm this in your order e-mail. Because you hear a preview of a tool's result before you buy, not liking how it sounds is not a reason for a refund. If a file is defective or was not delivered, contact us and we will fix it, deliver it again or refund you.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the audio and other material you load into our tools. You confirm that you have the right to use that material and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us only the permission we need to process it and deliver your result. We claim no ownership of the results you create.

9. Licences
  • Results of our tools: files you create or buy with our tools (masters, loops, pads, braams, covers, sliced breaks and similar) may be used in your own commercial and non-commercial releases, royalty-free. You may not resell or redistribute them as stand-alone sample packs, presets or similar libraries, or as part of a competing tool.
  • Music releases: bought for your personal, non-commercial listening. You may not copy, share, upload, sell or publicly perform them, or use them in your own productions, without the rights holders' permission.
10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. That means no attempts to bypass payment, share downloads links, copy or reverse-engineer the tools for resale, overload or attack the service, place orders or uploads with bots, or use it for unlawful content. We may cancel orders and disable downloads that break these rules.

11. Intellectual property

The website, tool designs, code, mascots, sounds, the Digital Coma Network name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Except as stated in section 9, no rights are granted to you.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, change or retire tools. Paid items already delivered stay yours to keep.

13. Liability

The tools are provided "as is". Results depend on your input, and we do not guarantee that a result will suit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the Terms valid at the time of purchase.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), or bring a claim before the courts of Estonia or of your country of residence.
